Ever wondered what sort of Aston Martin Father Christmas would drive? We've spent literally hours pondering exactly that question. So we decided to ask those nice folk in Gaydon to sketch out their vision of Santa's sleigh.
Brenda Priddy & Co. sent us the above photos in an e-mail with the subject line “BREAKING: 2014 911 GT3 UNCAMOUFLAGED!” So, we opened it and found a few shots of Porsche's new rear-engine, mini Panamera in “all black everything” but sporting very little camouflage. If this is indeed the 2014 Porsche 911 GT3 RS, the bodywork is either quite a bit more restrained than that of the outgoing 997.5 GT3 RS, or it's wearing bodywork that won't appear on the 2014 GT3 RS when it debuts at the Paris motor show in September.
The spectacular Aston Martin V12 Vantage is US bound
But Aston Martin had a response to the harm the V12 Vantage may inflict on other Astons – it limited the run. We were told that just 1,000 V12 Vantages were going to be made. But it looks like that may be about to change after Aston boss – Dr Ulrich Bez – revealed in an interview with Car & Driver that the V12 Vantage is in the process of being homologated for the US.
